The Denver Zoo is my local zoo that I have had a strong connection with since I was a child. This is where my passion for global wildlife conservation started at a young age and since then I have done what I can to support them in their wildlife conservation and education efforts around the world. This is also where a group of us study animals from life.

"We protect, preserve, and enhance Yellowstone National Park through education and philanthropy."

Yellowstone Forever has exceptional projects and educational experiences to raise awareness of wildlife conservation and nature/ecosystem preservation. One of their biggest projects is wolf conservation in Yellowstone and the Northern Rockies, which is a project that I have supported and have been invested in since I was a kid.

The benchmark of our success: Wolves again roaming the snow-capped peaks, rim rock canyons, and primeval forests of western Colorado."

I have studied wolves my entire life and one of animals I'm most passionate about. Wolf conservation and reintroduction in my home state of Colorado has always interested me from a scientific viewpoint, and now there's the opportunity to put that knowledge to use.

Mission: "We connect people with nature using hands-on experiential education. Through volunteer internships and our education programs, we inspire individuals to become stewards of the earth. While providing a home for rescued wolves and horses, we create opportunities for growth through community service and personal interactions with animals. We value education, sustainability, and improving relationships between people, animals, and the world around them."

Our goals are: Determine the status of the American pika in Colorado, better understand the impacts of climate change on pikas and the alpine ecosystem they call home, provide accurate, reliable, and useful scientific data for researchers and land managers, engage and educate the general public about pikas, and develop a model that can be used for future collaborative community science programs.

Since 1990, OutRight Action International has worked alongside LGBTIQ activists and organizations, diplomats and policymakers, and other key partners to advance community-focused solutions to create lasting legal and social transformation.
